Return Policy:

The eChargr Juice+ KeyChain is sold through a specific sale promotion, and therefore refunds cannot be issued. This includes the shipping and handling fees. eChargr, Inc. is not obligated to issue a refund.

However, if you are unsatisfied with the product upon arrival, please contact our customer service agents by emailing us at support@echargr.com. Each refund is issued on a case by case basis and must be requested after the arrival of the product.

We will not process refunds for the following reasons:

You changed your mind for whatever reason

You made a mistake in placing an order

You made a duplicate order

You ordered a different product by mistake

You are leaving/going away and will not be able to receive the order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

We will not accept or issue a refund for packages sent to the return address without approval from one of our customer service agents. For valid return cases, refunds are issued in approximately 3 - 10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@echargr.com.
